I was happy to see that the crystals came very quickly and also received an extra. However, I wasn’t a fan of the quality. The hook came out of 3 of them and one of them cracked into multiple pieces upon dropping it while placing it on a chain. I was truly looking forward to these being a great purchase. I would return but I wouldn’t be returning them in the condition I received them in.

I got my crystal last week and the whole top part of the crystal is crushed in but the bottom part is pretty full. It is a beautiful crystal but I am disappointed that the top of it is crushed.
