Store owner was helpful & responsive. Items were well crafted & as described.
The stones are polished & when soaking them the residue dust from the polishing process might come off.
The stones are beautiful & I prefer handling the smooth surface of these pieces than rough tourmaline.
Again the store owner answered all questions, about what to expect with the cleaning process & was very helpful. I gave a few as gifts & everyone loved them.
