My order was originally shipped to the wrong address, so I contacted customer service in regards and they were very helpful and said a new one would be shipped out. I waited over 10 days and still didnt recieve my replacement order, so I contacted customer service again asking for an update. They forgot to send out my replacement but they said they were going to send three crystals and not 1, and I was thankful. Finally, my order arrived and it is the wrong item different than the original pendant I ordered. I am not happy about this, it is drilled instead of having a hanger. I found a way to use them but the pendant is not what I originally ordered nor wanted and I waited way too long to get an incorrect item.
